Terms & Conditions for Rental

 

 

Booking & Payment Terms: A booking can be made for two nights or more (except during July, August, Christmas, New Year, Easter and Whit weeks). You may arrive on any available day. Bookings can be made by telephone or email. A 33% deposit will be required to confirm a booking with the balance due six weeks before arrival. If booking within six weeks of arrival date, the full amount will be requested on booking. We process all payments through Google Checkout and have no hidden charges. Late payment may result in cancellation of the dates booked and the Cancellation Policy below will then apply as if you had requested the cancellation.

 

Cancellation Policy: In the event of you needing to cancel your stay at Bellwood, we will make every effort to re book the cancelled dates. We will refund the cost of the accommodation at Bellwood less the published price of any days left vacant i.e. not re booked. The liability for any loss to you against the cost of your holiday will need to be met by your Holiday Insurance which you are strongly advised to set up. In the unlikely event of Bellwood needing to cancel your stay, we shall of course, refund the full cost paid for your accommodation.

 

Insurance: Charges may apply for any breakages or damage. Please advise us if you do have any breakages/damage in order that we may remedy the situation before our next guests arrive.

 

Car-Parking: There is one space for off-road parking. We accept no liability for loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents whilst parked.

 

Other Policies: Please note that the property is completely and strictly No Smoking and pets are not permitted. We do not have any facilities for babies or small children.

Please also note that Bellwood is in a quiet residential area so your consideration in keeping noise and disruption to a minimum is appreciated. We reserve the right to evict guests who cause noise, damage or disruption, and to cancel a booking where unreasonable or unacceptable changes are made prior to arrival. In such circumstances no refund will be given. Only those named on your booking form may stay at Bellwood.

 

Access: Check-in is after 4pm.

 

Departure: Departure is before 10.00am. When you leave, lock up and put the key through the letterbox.

 

Inclusions: There are no hidden extras. The cost of your accommodation includes all utilities, all bedding, towels, bathroom / kitchen cleaning materials. A supply of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine will be in your welcome pack. Please let us know if you would prefer red, white or rosé. We also include for your use books, CDs, DVDs and games.
